How to make a refunded/exchanged

Inquires for orders to be refunded/exchanged can be sent via WhatsApp to +1-868-292-8669.

All returns or exchanges must be validated by the following criteria:

1. An Fi Clothing receipt/bill must be provided.
2. 14 business days warranty on all purchases and items.
3. Item(s) must be in it’s original condition/packaging.


Returns or refunds are only issued to item(s) with manufacturing defects (e.g. tears, rips, discoloration, missing or broken parts or pieces, stains etc...).
If purchases are made via delivery and aligns with the criteria for a return/refund, a full refund on the product will be issued (not a refund on delivery fee).


Exchanges are done mainly in-store. If purchases are made via delivery and is requested to be exchanged via delivery as well, this will incur and additional delivery fee dependant on the area requested. However exchanges done in store are free of charge (applicable to purchases made both in-store or via delivery).
